Founder & CEO
Isaiah Ogun is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Petra Cyber Limited. He provides strategic leadership for the company and oversees global business operations, delivering high-calibre cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs.
His core expertise spans Security Operations, Insider Threat Investigations, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and holistic cyber defense. Isaiah began his cybersecurity career in the United Kingdom at MBA Secure IT as a Security Operations Centre (SOC) Analyst, where he performed hands-on analysis of cyber threats including phishing attacks, business email compromise (BEC), DLP alerts, and anomaly-based security events across multiple security tools.
He later worked with Accenture as a Data Leakage Senior Security Lead, supporting a FTSE 100 banking client (Barclays Bank). In this role, he monitored and investigated data leakage incidents and contributed to global insider threat monitoring initiatives.
Isaiah is currently a Consultant at Acora Managed IT Services, where he focuses on proactive threat monitoring, incident response, security research, and remediation of emerging cyber risks.
He holds a background in Public Administration from Babcock University, Nigeria, and a Master’s degree in Cyber Security and Human Factors from Bournemouth University, UK. His certifications include Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst, AWS Associate Solutions Architect, and Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM).
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Lead
Abiola Awoyemi is a seasoned Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) professional with close to a decade of experience across the finance, retail, and technology sectors. She is widely recognized for her expertise in risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and strengthening corporate governance frameworks.
Her core competencies include risk management, regulatory compliance, policy development, audit coordination, and security governance. Abiola has a strong focus on data security and privacy, with a proven track record of managing data protection initiatives and cybersecurity compliance programs.
She holds a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of West London and is certified as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer. Abiola has progressed from GRC Analyst roles to Senior Compliance Management positions and has gained valuable experience working with reputable organizations such as Visa and Post Office Ltd in the United Kingdom.
Her approach combines analytical precision, strong communication skills, and leadership, helping organizations meet regulatory requirements while maintaining strong security practices.
Cyber Security Engineering Manager
Joel Efejukwu is an accomplished Cyber Security professional with nearly a decade of experience in designing, deploying, securing, and maintaining complex network and infrastructure systems across both cloud and on-premises environments.
He began his cybersecurity career at First City Monument Bank, Nigeria, as a Security Analyst before progressing to a Security Engineer role at Orbit Group in the United Kingdom. There, he provided advanced technical support across VMware environments, Cisco routers and switches, MDM solutions, and enterprise Wi-Fi infrastructure.
Joel later joined Accenture as a Security Engineer, where he gained extensive experience in monitoring security alerts, implementing security controls on AWS, logging and monitoring using CloudWatch, and acting as a technical authority for security standards implementation.
He is currently a Consultant and Cyber Security Engineering Manager at Equiniti Group in the United Kingdom, where he leads the deployment and configuration of SIEM, EDR, and DLP platforms, manages SOC tooling, and oversees data ingestion from multiple log sources.
Joel holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of the West of England, Bristol, and maintains multiple certifications including CISM, PCNSA, CCNP, Cisco Enterprise Specialist, and Microsoft Certified Solution Expert (MCSE).
Senior Cyber Security Specialist
Foluso Fashina is a highly experienced Cyber Security Specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience in security operations, threat detection, and incident response across enterprise environments.
He began his career at Huawei as a Network Operations Centre Engineer, where he monitored and managed infrastructure and environmental alarms using Engineering Support Management (ESM) systems. He was later recruited by Bloomberg to join its London Security Operations Centre as a SOC Analyst, where he actively monitored, triaged, and responded to complex security incidents.
Foluso went on to work with EasyJet, supporting Azure Security Center operations and serving as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Defender EDR within a multidisciplinary CSOC team.
He has deep expertise in cyber threat landscapes, threat actor behavior, tactics and techniques, and vulnerability mitigation. His technical skill set includes deploying and managing DLP, EDR, and SIEM platforms.
Foluso holds a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Nigeria, and a Master’s degree in Embedded Systems and Wireless Networks from the University of the West of England.
